By using our website or booking a service with Koala Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service ScopeWe provide mobile auto detailing services at your location in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via "Contact Us".
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept secure payment through Interac e-transfer or cash at the time of service.

4. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you’re not satisfied with the results, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work to make it right.

5. Liability
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to vehicles. Clients are responsible for removing valuables before service. We take great care, but normal wear and tear may be more visible after detailing.

6. Changes to Services
Koala Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or pricing at any time without notice.
